Community Walk
2022 will mark the 19th year of the Miles of Hope Community Walk for Breast Cancer. This event has become a staple in the Hudson Valley, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support we receive each year!
We will host our Community Walk on October 2, at James Baird State Park, rain or shine. There is nothing like being together, honoring our friends, our family, and all those who have been affected by breast cancer, however, we are still offering our virtual participation as well. Anyone can join the event and walk, run and/or bike, through the month of October. If you register for our in-person event you are automatically registered for our month-long event as well.
The in-person Walk opening ceremonies will begin at 9:30 am, with the Walk beginning at 10:00 am. Our virtual event will be online for the entire month of October, breast cancer awareness month. We challenge you to: stay active to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reduce your cancer risk by exercising every day, walk, run, and/or bike in Honor or Memory of someone, challenge yourself, your family, your friends to promote a lifetime of good health. Together, we all make a difference!
