Frozen Yogurt Shop 16 Handles Donates to Miles of Hope

16 Handles, the latest innovation in frozen yogurt and healthy frozen drinks, dedicated their grand opening in Wappingers Falls last week to the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation by donating 16% of all sales during the day to the Hudson Valley breast cancer organization.

“What a wonderful tribute to all of the hard work we do for people affected by breast cancer,” Ms. Forood stated.  “The management and staff of 16 Handles showed their commitment to local causes and the quality of life in our Hudson Valley by supporting Miles of Hope.”
Miles of Hope funds support services for people affected by breast cancer within the eight counties of the Hudson Valley, NY.

Lawrence Frazier, owner of the franchise, explained that this is the first 16 Handles in Dutchess County. “The closest one is in Westchester, and they are all over NYC, blanketing Manhattan and the boroughs.” The store is located in the Home Depot plaza in Wappingers Falls, next to Planet Fitness, at the corner of Route 9 and New Hackensack Road. The address is 1572 Route 9, Wappingers Falls.
