NYU Think Pink Basketball 2011The Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation will be honored by the New York University’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at their “Think Pink” Women’s Basketball game Friday Feb. 11th.

According to Peter Krasny, NYU Asst. “We are grateful to NYU for recognizing Miles of Hope and the work we do in Westchester,” said Cathy Varunok, Miles of Hope Co-Founder. Each year we honor someone at Hoops for Hope and last year, by honoring Mary Clay, we honored the NYU Athletic Department as well.”

The game on 2/11/2011 is a women’s/men’s double header against Case Western Reserve. The Women’s tip-off is at 6:00 pm and the men’s game is at 8:00. Both games take place at the NYU Coles Sports Center. Miles of Hope merchandise and information will be available at the game.
