Hoops for Hope is a 3 on 3 women’s charity basketball tournament that raises funds for the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation. This event will take place on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the McCann Recreation Center at Marist College in Poughkeepsie.
Each year we dedicate our efforts to honor an individual who exemplifies the spirit of our event. This year, we will play in memory of Mary Clay, who lost her battle with breast cancer in November, 2008. Mary’s work as the New York University Athletics Department Business Manager coincided directly with the great surge of women’s sports at NYU, including women’s basketball
